PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE REGISTERING FOR A WORKSHOP, PURCHASING A PROGRAM, OR USING SERVICES THAT REQUIRE YOUR ACCEPTANCE.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, registration pages, workshops, webinars, educational materials, and related services operated by AMP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that reference these Terms, collectively referred to as the “Site.”
By checking a box accepting these Terms, completing a registration or purchase that clearly requires acceptance, or otherwise expressly agreeing to them, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not complete a registration or purchase that requires acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to register for or purchase services governed by these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information and use contact details that belong to you or that you are authorized to provide.
You may not register another person for promotional communications without their authorization and any legally required consent.
You are responsible for protecting any account credentials or personal access links issued to you.
AMP provides educational content about AI, workflows, playbooks, productivity, and related professional skills.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the materials made available to you for your learning and for applying the methods taught to your own work, subject to any separately disclosed license terms.
Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or commercially exploit AMP’s course videos, recordings, presentations, or other proprietary instructional materials.
These restrictions do not prevent you from applying what you learn in your own work, creating your own original playbooks, or providing services to clients, subject to applicable law and any separate license terms.
Unless otherwise identified, AMP’s instructional materials, website content, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to AMP.
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in our materials does not, by itself, indicate sponsorship or endorsement.
You retain any rights you hold in your original playbooks, workflow descriptions, and other original contributions, subject to pre-existing rights in AMP materials, third-party content, and applicable employer or client agreements.
Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful fair use or honest consumer reviews.
For intellectual property concerns, contact [email protected].
Our workshops and programs provide general education. They do not replace individualized legal, financial, tax, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and testing AI-generated outputs and automated workflows before relying on them or using them in a live business environment.
Do not assume an output is accurate, complete, lawful, secure, or appropriate simply because it was produced by an AI tool or demonstrated during training.
Before uploading workplace information or connecting business accounts to a tool, obtain the necessary permissions and follow applicable employer policies, client obligations, confidentiality requirements, and laws.
Do not use our materials to facilitate unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement, discrimination, or deceptive practices.
Our general training does not certify that a particular implementation meets your organization’s security, privacy, or compliance requirements.
We do not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, client acquisition, business revenue, cost reductions, time savings, or any other particular outcome from attending a workshop or purchasing a program.
Results depend on factors such as your experience, implementation, available tools, workplace circumstances, effort, and market conditions.
Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences and are not promises that every participant will achieve the same results.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, job-placement agreement, or partnership with AMP.
This section does not override an express written commitment included in a particular offer or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Registration for a workshop advertised as free does not require the purchase of a program, upgrade, or other service.
A workshop may include information about optional paid training. Any purchase is a separate decision.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and access to the relevant delivery platform.
When the registration page promises a recording or replay, we will provide it according to that offer. These Terms do not remove a replay or access commitment expressly made at registration.
Any additional access period or availability restrictions will be disclosed in the relevant offer or communication.
We may reasonably adjust an event’s schedule or delivery arrangements. If an event is rescheduled or canceled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and explain the available arrangements.
Paid programs, VIP upgrades, memberships, consultations, and other services may be governed by additional terms presented before purchase.
The applicable offer, checkout, or purchase agreement will identify the price, currency, included services, payment schedule, access period, and relevant cancellation, refund, or guarantee terms.
Recurring charges require disclosure and authorization. Any subscription renewal terms and cancellation process will be provided before enrollment.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms disclosed for the specific purchase and applicable law.
These Terms do not establish a universal 30-day refund policy or a blanket “all sales final” rule.
Where a separate purchase agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning a particular purchase, the specific agreement controls, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
For purchase or billing questions, contact [email protected].
Email Communications
We may communicate electronically about registrations, access instructions, appointments, purchases, account matters, and services you request.
Where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences, we may send educational content and promotional emails.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing does not automatically cancel a purchase or appointment.
SMS and Mobile Messaging
Program name: AMP Messaging Program.
When you separately opt in, you may receive recurring messages within the categories you selected. These may include workshop reminders, access details, appointment updates, support responses, and promotional offers.
Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Accepting these Terms or providing a telephone number does not, by itself, authorize promotional text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or registration for a free workshop.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or email [email protected]. We also honor other reasonable methods of revoking consent as required by law. After opting out, you may receive one non-promotional confirmation message.
Help. Reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Telephone number changes. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided. Please notify us if you change or relinquish that number.
Delivery. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Our handling of mobile numbers and messaging consent is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
Please review the Privacy Policy provided alongside these Terms before submitting personal information.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace separate consent required for promotional communications, certain tracking technologies, or other uses of personal information.
You retain ownership of your original questions, feedback, reviews, and other submissions.
You authorize us to use submissions only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide requested services, display contributions where you chose to submit them, and administer the program.
We may use general suggestions about improving our services without compensation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We may record workshops or sessions after providing notice and obtaining any required consent. Recordings may include your display name, voice, video, questions, or chat contributions, depending on how you participate.
Permission to participate in a recording does not automatically authorize us to use your name, image, business results, or personal story as an advertising endorsement. We obtain separate permission for that use.
Do not submit confidential employer or client materials without authorization. Sharing information in a group session may make it visible to other participants.
Our training may demonstrate or use third-party AI platforms, software, webinar services, scheduling tools, and payment systems.
Your direct use of these platforms may be governed by their own terms, privacy practices, subscription charges, and usage limits.
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, purchasing AMP training does not include a subscription to every third-party tool discussed.
We do not control independently operated services or guarantee that their features, prices, or availability will remain unchanged.
This section does not remove our responsibilities for services we provide or providers acting on our behalf.
You must not harass participants, distribute unlawful content, disclose another person’s private information without authorization, interfere with the Site, or attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
You may not misrepresent yourself as an AMP representative or use AMP branding to imply an unauthorized affiliation.
We may remove disruptive content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect participants, or maintain security.
Any action affecting paid access remains subject to the applicable purchase agreement and mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and general educational materials are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or general educational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms do not override mandatory consumer protections or express commitments in a separate purchase agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AMP against reasonable losses and expenses arising from third-party claims to the extent caused by your unlawful use of the Site, intentional misconduct, or infringement of another party’s rights.
This does not apply to losses caused by our negligence, misconduct, or breach of these Terms, or to claims based solely on your lawful exercise of consumer rights.
We will provide reasonable notice of a claim and will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
Please contact [email protected] with a description of any concern and the resolution you are seeking so we can attempt to resolve it.
Informal resolution is not a condition of filing a claim, seeking urgent relief, contacting a regulator, or meeting a legal deadline.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to participate in a class proceeding where that right is protected by law.
A different dispute-resolution provision in a separately accepted purchase agreement applies only as stated in that agreement and to the extent permitted by law.
AMP welcomes requests for assistance accessing its website and services.
If you experience an accessibility barrier, contact [email protected] and identify the page, feature, or service involved.
Please describe the assistance or alternative format you need so we can work to address your request and meet applicable obligations.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements.
Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. We will provide additional notice and obtain renewed acceptance where required.
Changes apply prospectively. They do not automatically alter an existing purchase agreement, retroactively change the terms governing an existing dispute, or expand your marketing consent.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
