AMP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, register for a workshop or webinar, access educational resources, purchase a program, or communicate with us.
This policy applies to AMP’s websites, registration pages, training programs, and related services and communications that reference this Privacy Policy.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Contact and registration information. We collect information you provide through registration forms, consultation requests, purchases, and communications. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, registration details, preferences, and other information you choose to submit.
Professional and learning information. If you provide it, we may collect your job title, company name, industry, professional goals, experience with AI, training interests, and responses to surveys or application questions.
Participation and communication information. We may collect workshop attendance, course participation, appointment details, questions, feedback, support requests, and interactions with our emails and messages. We also maintain records of communication preferences, consent, and unsubscribe requests.
Purchase information. If you purchase a program or service, we and our payment providers collect information needed to administer the transaction, including billing details, the product purchased, payment status, and transaction records.
Website and device information. We and our technology providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions with our website.
We use personal information to register you for workshops and webinars; deliver access details, reminders, and promised replays; respond to inquiries; arrange requested appointments; provide educational resources; administer purchases; and support your participation in our programs.
We may use professional and learning information you provide to understand your interests, respond to your questions, and tailor relevant training or support.
We also use information to improve our website and services, understand engagement, maintain records, prevent fraud, protect security, and comply with legal obligations.
Where permitted by law and consistent with your communication choices, we may send educational content, program announcements, and promotional offers. We obtain the consent required for the applicable type of communication.
Service providers. We disclose information to providers and contractors that help us operate our business.
These may include website hosting, registration forms, customer relationship management, webinar delivery, course platforms, scheduling, email and text messaging, customer support, analytics, and payment processing.
Depending on their role, these providers may receive contact details, registration records, participation information, transaction information, technical data, or communications necessary to perform their services. We use appropriate contractual restrictions where required.
Analytics and advertising providers. Where these tools are enabled, information may be disclosed as described in Section 4, subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy choices.
Legal and security purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to address fraud, security concerns, or threats to legal rights or safety.
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards.
At your direction. We may disclose information when you request or authorize it.
The specific restrictions on text messaging information in Section 8 apply regardless of the general disclosure provisions above.
Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to support website functionality, remember preferences, understand engagement, and measure marketing performance.
Where advertising technologies are enabled, they may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, referral information, browsing activity, and interactions with website content. These activities may support advertising measurement or targeted advertising.
Where consent is legally required, we obtain it before enabling the relevant non-essential technologies. Simply visiting our website does not replace affirmative consent where required.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls available on our website. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
For assistance with privacy preferences, contact [email protected].
If you submit prompts, playbooks, workflow descriptions, documents, or other work examples to AMP for training or support, we receive the information contained in those materials.
Please use fictional, redacted, or appropriately authorized examples. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, sensitive personal information, employer trade secrets, or confidential client information unless a specific service requires it and appropriate arrangements have been made.
We use submitted materials to provide the training, feedback, or support you request, subject to any separate agreement.
When you use a third-party AI platform directly, information you submit to that platform is also subject to its terms, privacy practices, and account settings.
Before AMP submits private participant materials to an external AI tool as part of a demonstration or service, we will explain the proposed use and obtain the appropriate authorization and any legally required consent.
Participation in our training does not, by itself, authorize AMP to use confidential submissions to train a general-purpose AI model. Additional notices or agreements may apply to particular AI-enabled services.
We may record workshops, webinars, and related sessions to provide announced replays or participant access.
We provide notice of recording and obtain consent where required. Depending on how you participate, a recording may include your display name, voice, video, questions, or chat contributions.
Please consider what you share during a live session because other participants may be able to see or hear your contributions.
We obtain separate permission before using identifiable participant contributions, personal stories, or testimonials as advertising endorsements.
When you provide your email address, we may send communications relating to your registration, questions, appointments, purchases, or requested services.
Where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences, we may also send educational content, training announcements, and promotional offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or contacting [email protected].
We honor marketing unsubscribe requests within the time required by applicable law. You may still receive necessary, non-promotional communications about a transaction or service you requested.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel a purchase, subscription, or appointment.
If you separately opt in, AMP may send text messages within the categories you selected, such as workshop reminders, access information, appointment updates, support responses, and promotional offers.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Providing a telephone number, registering for a workshop, or accepting our Terms of Use does not, by itself, authorize promotional text messages. Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase or registration for a free workshop.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile numbers collected for our text messaging program, SMS opt-in information, or consent records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide this information to providers that deliver and administer messages solely on our behalf, or disclose it when legally required. Other provisions of this policy do not authorize sharing SMS consent information for another party’s marketing.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or contact [email protected]. We also honor other reasonable methods of revoking consent as required by law. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation after opting out.
Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected].
Email and text messaging preferences are managed separately. You may contact us to request changes to both.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
We may retain limited consent and suppression records to honor communication preferences and demonstrate compliance.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or make it non-identifying, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information, access or obtain a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority for certain requests. We will not require verification where prohibited by applicable law.
We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and do not unlawfully discriminate against individuals for exercising their privacy rights.
