PwC read one billion job ads across 27 countries to work out what AI skills are actually worth on a paycheck.

Here is what they found.

That average is just the midpoint. At the top end, the same gap reaches 118%. (That's more than double)

FAQs

Do I need to be technical?

No, and that's the point. Playbooking is about writing your own process down clearly enough that AI can follow it. If you can explain a task to a person, you can write a playbook. Daniel had 22 years in construction estimating, no CS degree, and rated his own AI skills a 3 out of 10 before he started.

What if I can't make it live?
